A Couchsurf through Shanghai - Day 4

This was one of our first somewhat tame nights in Shanghai. Every needed the rest, and the non-stop smoke was taking its toll on us. So we ended up getting taken to probably the best food I’ve had EVER in Shanghai by newly minted Couchsurfer Daniela and her boyfriend Thomas. Thanks you two!
We did make it to the Aquarium, though my attempt to swim with the Sharks was cut short by inconvenient trainers hours and the presence of like 4000 manta rays in the tank. Not this time!

We’re officially out here in Shanghai and enjoying ourselves to the Nth degree. Actually, I we haven’t even been out here for 24 hours, but we’re already filling out the paperwork to transfer out here.
Kidding… somewhat.
Just a reminder

I’m off to a bunch of places over the next couple of weeks. But I am prob going to use this site to post most of my pics of my trip, so stay tuned I guess.
They do have the internet outside of America… I think.
It’s been a good day

After a grueling week of things not swinging my way, I finally caught a break. The Yankees won after digging themselves a 2-0 hole in Cleveland. Mike Hart has always been the man, but now he’s the all-time man. And Florida got served two losses in a row. Yeah!
Finally got a little bit of time to relax this weekend and play Halo 3. I was quite surprised I finished it, because I rarely get enough time to blast through a game before the next batch of games hits my desk, but I really did enjoy it. Never having put in significant time with the first two iterations, I kinda didn’t really follow the storyline until the last couple of chapters in the game, but it was pretty enjoyable. It’ll be interesting to see how it competes with the uber-praised Bioshock and upcoming favorites, Super Mario Galaxy, Assassin’s Creed, and Call of Duty 4, for the game of the year awards.
Personally, I still prefer my games with chainsaws.
